Access Health Louisiana attended the West Bank Employee Health Fair on September 26th, and offered blood pressure, BMI calculations/education, cancer prevention education, Diabetes & Hypertension Educational Resources, healthy food option resources, and promoted  “Belle Chasse Community Health Center’s” Primary Health Care/Behavioral Health Services & other services including health coach, pharmacy services and linking participants to care.
