The Behavioral Health staff at Access Health Louisiana can help patients experiencing a variety of health issues.

ISSUES ADDRESSED

  • Bipolar Disorder
  • ADHD
  • Obesity
  • Marital Distress
  • Chronic Tension
  • Panic Attacks
  • Phobias
  • Substance Abuse

Our physicians and LCSWs work as a team with the family to develop customized treatment plans to help improve the patients’ overall health and well-being.

New patients are given an initial assessment which includes a provider reviewing medical history and any previous psychological testing with the patient. Then, a customized treatment plan focused on optimizing health and well-being is developed.

Our providers work as a team with the patient to make sure goals are achieved to both the patient and provider’s satisfaction. Depending on the health issue, Behavioral Health providers may recommend participation in one of our many specialty or group classes focused on helping patients meet their individual goals.
