Mammograms and other screenings were completed during Spark the Cure Fest! Access Health Louisiana provided the blood pressure/glucose screenings for participants including Sparky the Firefighter! Resources such as Healthy eating options, cancer and diabetes prevention information were offered. Stress less resources along with Access Health Louisiana’s Medication Assisted Treatment information was provided . St Tammany Community Health Center Primary Medical Care/Behavioral Health Care, Pharmacy, and Medicaid Application services were promoted. There were children activities offered by the Lacombe Fire Department , free cooked food on behalf of Pops Restaurant of Lacombe, drinks provided by Pepsi and cookies by Subway. Access Health Louisiana raffled off a nice self care basket.
