Access Health Louisiana partnered with AmeriHealth Caritas and other community partners and provided health screenings like blood pressure/glucose/HIV screenings, cancer prevention education, Diabetes & Hypertension Educational Resources, healthy food options, stress less resources, Medicaid information and connected community residents to other vital resources. This event offered free meals, Games for children, Vision screenings, Flu Shots, AHL giveaways and a free raffle.
