Access Health Louisiana was present at the St. John Community Health Fair at the New Wine Christian Fellowship Church in LaPlace and offered health screenings and resources such as cancer prevention awareness, Diabetes & Hypertension Education, healthy food options, Medicaid application information and AHL swags and raffle a basket.
