This clinic was established in Central New Orleans to meet the needs of the underserved and uninsured living in the area. With convenient hours of operation, public transportation right outside and bilingual staff, this clinic provides high quality healthcare at prices families can afford.
This healthcare hub located in the historic Broadmoor neighborhood houses a diverse menu of services for patients to choose from including: Adult and Pediatric Primary Care and Behavioral Health. For patients trying to lose weight, we offer convenient appointments with our health coach. Health Coach Chelsie Boyer helps patients set attainable goals and teaches them how to achieve them.
In addition to taking most commercial insurances, Medicaid and Medicare, the South Broad Community Health clinic never turns a patient away due to their inability to pay. We offer a discount sliding fee scale based on the patient’s household size and income. As an added benefit of being a patient, you also qualify for medications through our discount pharmacy program.
The clinic also serves as a Medicaid Application site. Medicaid applications are taken daily during clinic hours.
