Peter Torsch

Peter Torsch is the Chief Financial Officer for Access Health Louisiana (AHL).  He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Western Kentucky University in 1996.  Peter has over 30 years of for-profit, non-for-profit and governmental healthcare financial management experience.  He spent 17 years of his career as a Hospital Chief Financial Officer with Humana and Universal Health Services.  While with Humana, he successfully completed their two-year Financial Management Leadership Training Program.  He has also served as Chief Financial Officer of two governmental hospitals, a physician management services organization and a continuing care retirement community.
