Community residents were connected to many resources at the “Connect Fest” in Slidell! Access Health Louisiana connected participants to free health testing resources, harm prevention supplies, Medicaid sign up information, stress less resources, diabetes/blood pressure resources & healthy eating options/education. The St Tammany Community Health Center’s Primary Medical Care/Behavioral Health care and Pharmacy Services were promoted and a calming activity for children was provided.
