During the AKA Pop UP Extravaganza Event on June 20th at the KIPP Central City Primary in New Orleans, Access Health Louisiana outreach team offered vision screenings, resources and recommendations in how to keep your eyes healthy. In addition, the team offered Diabetes & Hypertension Education, healthy food options, Medicaid application information and promoted “South Broad Community Health Center’s” Primary Health Care/Behavioral Health Services & other services including vision, health coach, maternal care and pharmacy.
