Dr. Perry graduated from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. His residency was completed at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine-Parkview Campus.
He is Board Certified American Board of Podiatric Medicine with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Amputation Prevention
Board Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
