Psychiatrist Richard Kutner and his team help patients with private, individual therapy sessions. At the St. Tammany Community Health Center, we serve infant, children and adults. We also provide comprehensive psychological testing. St. Tammany Community Health Center Behavioral Health is also one of the only facilities in the region that specializes in using Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) to treat depression and anxiety. Certain services must be provided in one of the Access Health Louisiana offices. Any initial assessments or psychological testing must be done on-site. In the early stages of evaluating and diagnosing your condition, your provider needs to see you in person. This allows your provider to observe your overall health and behaviors. It’s also a good way for you to begin to develop your relationship.
