HAMMOND BACK TO SCHOOL BASH
On July 31st, the City of Hammond and Tangipahoa Parish School System’s Annual Back-to-School Bash was a success! And Access Health Louisiana was there!
More than 600 students of all ages received backpacks, school supplies, and valuable resources to help them get a strong start to the school year.
Tangipahoa Community Health Center’s Primary Medical Care, Behavioral Health Care, Pharmacy, Health Coach, and Infant Mental Health services were promoted, along with Medicaid Work Requirement and Take Charge education and other vital health resources.
