Access Health Louisiana is looking towards the future for opportunities to use artificial intelligence to enhance patient services, increase efficiency of organizational workflows, and provide added security to protect healthcare information and communications.
Recently, Executive Vice President Ron Johnson and Assistant Vice President John Wilkerson traveled to Dallas to meet with leadership at AT&T. There, they learned about new innovative technology and how AI can integrate with AHL’s existing network. After their meetings at AT&T headquarters, they met with executives at Trend Micro Global Leader in Cybersecurity to learn other ways AHL’s technology and information systems can be improved.
