Conveniently located along River Road in Norco, the St. Charles Community Health Center (STCCHC) is a model for affordable, high quality care that’s close to home. It serves as the public health unit for St. Charles Parish residents living on the eastbank of the Mississippi River. Families have trusted our physicians and staff with their healthcare for years. The clinic originally got its start in a small portable building located off of Apple Street. Shell Oil Company believed in the services that the clinic was offering to the community, so executives donated six lots along River Road for a new and improved community health center to be built. The two-story STCCHC opened its doors to patients on June 22, 2012.
