LA Wallet Now Offers Digital Medicaid and Health Plan ID Cards
Louisiana residents can now access their Medicaid ID and health plan ID cards directly through the LA Wallet app, available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store at no cost to members.
The digital cards are updated daily to reflect the most current coverage and eligibility, providing members with quick and reliable proof of coverage directly from their smartphones.
Members must provide a valid driver’s license, date of birth, and social security number to look up their information and access their ID card. In addition to their own health plan card, heads of household can also access the digital health cards of everyone in the household.
